Laurie heads up the ‘Digital Recruitment’ space for Social Media Temps. Laurie’s 22 years of recruitment consulting experience has covered a wide cross section of job disciplines. As a natural networker Laurie is able to capitalise on the significant growth in the digital area, understanding and appreciating the value these range of skills, including social media can have on a business.
Over the years he has sourced talented people for his clients across numerous industries including Manufacturing, Distribution, Retailing and many other service related businesses.
He is a committed family man and what fuels him is his daily running (soft sand and road) as well as ocean swimming.
Doyle B. – Digital Media
Doyle is a writer, entrepreneur, speaker, trainer and digital media and strategy consultant. He specialises in search engine optimisation (SEO); paid search programmes; and social media strategy and development.
For more than ten years, Doyle has been making things happen in the business world – both in the online and offline arenas. He’s been involved in everything from successful ecommerce start-ups and exciting work in retail franchises, to helping companies turn their ideas into working business models.

Michela Ziady – Digital Creative and Content Strategist
With a Masters in Creative Writing from The University of Sydney, Michela Ziady began her digital copywriting career in 2010 and has since specialised in online communication: everything from social media content creation and strategy to SEO copywriting and digital content marketing.
She spends her days surfing the web for global best practices in blogging, Tweeting, online community and brand management, and effective web writing. Michela’s passionate about punchy copy and believes that remarkable content is the hallmark of today’s successful online brands.
When she’s not buried in a book or chuckling at her Twitter feed, you’ll find Michela in a failed Yoga pose (probably upside down and fairly stuck). She responds favourably to chocolate and engages readily in all matters dim sum.
